Service Description

RealBeef is a weekly group debate game. Each week, participants in a group receive a prompt, submit their answers, and vote on each other's responses in anonymous head-to-head matchups. Rankings, awards, and streaks are tracked over time. By using RealBeef, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use RealBeef. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to use RealBeef to post or transmit any content that:

• Contains hate speech, slurs, or content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats of violence, or intimidation directed at any person.
• Includes sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or other prohibited content as defined by our content moderation policy.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation, or infringes on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate these guidelines.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to RealBeef. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You may delete your content at any time.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, or otherwise misuse the service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

RealBeef is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall RealBeef, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

RealBeef offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed by Apple's payment infrastructure.

• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to premium features until then.
• Refunds — Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of RealBeef shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of RealBeef after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
