Email support@realbeef.app and tell us your username and what happened. We answer within two working days, in English or French.
Open the invite link a friend sent you. If you install RealBeef from that link, sign in, then paste the link on the sign-in screen or open it again: you join the group straight away. You can also enter the group's invite code in the app.
One question drops each day at a surprise time between 8 am and 6 pm. You have until midnight to write your answer. The next day, the group reads every answer and votes for the funniest. You cannot vote for your own. Names stay hidden until the vote is over, and Sunday crowns the week.
Gold is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly through your Apple ID. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RealBeef on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you bought Gold and it does not show in the app, use Restore purchases in your profile settings.
Tap the flag on any answer to report it. Open a member's profile to report or block them. Blocked people cannot see your profile or answers, and you will not see theirs. We review every report.
In the app, open your profile, then Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account and your answers permanently. Your groups stay for your friends. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
